Our Community Kitchen is a USDA licensed commercial space designed to support local growers, food producers, and educators. Whether you are starting a food business, expanding your production, or simply looking to process a bountiful harvest, the kitchen is here to help.
What We Offer:
A fully licensed commercial kitchen approved by the Vermont Department of Health to produce and sell goods beyond what is allowed from home kitchens
Opportunities for food education, workshops, and community events
Access for individuals and families to process bulk produce for personal use
