Our Community Kitchen is a USDA licensed commercial space designed to support local growers, food producers, and educators. Whether you are starting a food business, expanding your production, or simply looking to process a bountiful harvest, the kitchen is here to help.

What We Offer:

  • A fully licensed commercial kitchen approved by the Vermont Department of Health to produce and sell goods beyond what is allowed from home kitchens

  • Opportunities for food education, workshops, and community events

  • Access for individuals and families to process bulk produce for personal use

Equipment Includes:

  • Six-burner gas range with oven

  • Two convection ovens

  • 20-quart mixer

  • Steam kettle

  • Commercial dishwasher

  • Ample work and storage space
